3 May 1915 - Hector Ross, Sherriff, was ordered to make a levy of £185 19s 10d together with interest being the amount due which Joseph Francis Mather and Hannah Propstring had obtained against John McWaide and Peter Percy McWaide in the Supreme Court of Tasmania. The properties were put up for sale by Public Auction and the six equal undivided eighth parts or shares belonging to John McWaide and Peter Percy McWaide in the lands and hereditaments were conveyed to Martha Jane Mather for £105. 2 Aug 1915 - Martha Jane Mather and Archibald Thomas McWaide conveyed to Edward Swindells for £67 10s paid to Martha Jane Mather and £22 10s paid to Archibald Thomas McWaide. (19)
