August 10, 1854 - Edward Bowden purchased crown land for £75. (2)

January 4, 1855 - The land was granted to Edward Bowden. (1)

January 19, 1855 - Deed of Grant enrolled and recorded to Edward Bowden upon receipt of £167 10s paid to the Crown. (1)

May 18, 1858 - Edward Bowden (owner), grass paddocks, 57 acres, annual rateable value £15 - includes [4-Rr], [4-Ww]. (3)

Aft September 21, 1858 - Edward Bowden bequeathed the property to his wife Diana (Ayres) Bowden. Upon her death, to be bequeathed to their daughter, Eliza (Bowden) Warren. (4)

December 6, 1859 - Mrs Diana Bowden (owner, inserted), grass paddocks, 57 acres, annual rateable value £15 - includes [2-Rr], [2-Ww]. (5)

November 19, 1861 - John White and Simon Arnett (occupiers), Mrs Diana Bowden (owner), grass paddocks, 47 acres, annual rateable value £12 7s 6d - includes [2-Rr]. (6)

November 3, 1914 - Vincent Geard (occupier), John McWaide (owner, deceased), paddock, 22 acres, annual rateable value £4. (17)

May 3, 1915 - Hector Ross, Sherriff, was ordered to make a levy of £185 19s 10d together with interest being the amount due which Joseph Francis Mather and Hannah Propstring had obtained against John McWaide and Peter Percy McWaide in the Supreme Court of Tasmania. The properties were put up for sale by Public Auction and the six equal undivided eighth parts or shares belonging to John McWaide and Peter Percy McWaide in the lands and hereditaments were conveyed to Martha Jane Mather for £105. August 2, 1915 - Martha Jane Mather and Archibald Thomas McWaide conveyed to Edward Swindells for £67 10s paid to Martha Jane Mather and £22 10s paid to Archibald Thomas McWaide. (19)
