18 Mar 1880 - Mortgage produced from Simon Arnett to Frederick Synnot to secure £300 for five properties - 26a 0r 8½p - [1-H3], [1-I8.1], [1-A16], [2-Gg2], [2-Xx, Yy]. Date appointed for redemption 4 Feb 1883. Rate of interest £8 per centum per annum payable half yearly on the 4th days of August and February. (1)

18 Nov 1885 - Upon the death of Frederick Synnot, the mortgage of Simon Arnett and the Certificate of Title was transferred to the executors of his will being William Nicholas, of Nant, and George William Fletcher, of New Town. (1)
