Information contained in reports are a timeline of occurrences for each property until 1899 - who conveyed, occupied etc. Complied from records at the Tasmanian Archives, Land Titles Office, Hobart Town Gazette Valuation Rolls and newspaper articles. This is a work in progress and will be continually added to and updated.

Bounded on the North by four chains westerly along High Street commencing at its angle with William Street; on the West by six chains southerly along an allotment occupied or belonging to William Smedley; on the South by four chains easterly along land granted to Patrick Wood to William Street aforesaid; and thence on the East by six chains northerly along that street to the point of commencement - 2 acres, 1 rood, 24 perches. 1 Feb 1849 - Land granted to Edward Andrews for £42. (1)

3 Feb 1849 - Deed of Grant enrolled and recorded to Edward Andrews upon receipt of £42 duly paid to the Crown. (1)

18 May 1858 - Edward Andrews (owner), barn, cultivated land, 2½ acres, annual value £10. (2)

26 Feb 1867 - Edward Andrews (owner), cultivated land, 2½ acres, annual value £2 10s. (3)

1 Mar 1870 - Edward Andrews (owner), arable land, 2½ acres, annual value £2 10s. (4)

1 Mar 1871 - Property transferred from the estate of Edward Andrews to his wife Catherine (Curtin) Andrews and son Charles Edward Andrews. (5)

19 Mar 1878 - Mrs Andrews (owner), land, 2½ acres, annual value £2 10s. (6)

31 Jan 1879 - Newspaper advertisement.

FOR SALE. Properties in Bothwell. Roberts & Co are instructed to sell at their mart, on Tuesday, February 25, at 12 o'clock, the Following Valuable Property in the Bothwell Township - A paddock of 2 acres, 1 rood, and 24 perches at angle of High and William streets, adjoining a grant to Patrick Wood. Terms - 25 per cent, deposit; balance at four, eight, and twelve months, by bills bearing 6 percent, interest, secured on the property. Reference - Messrs Roberts and Allport, or the Auctioneers. (7)

26 Mar 1890 - Catherine Andrews and Charles Edward Andrews conveyed to Roberts & Co Ltd for £150. (8)

24 Feb 1891 - Roberts & Co (owners), sale-yards, 2½ acres, annual value £10. (9)
