Bounded on the South by nine chains and ten links along Patrick Street from Sussex Street to Kent Street; on the East by eleven chains along the last mentioned Street; on the North by nine hundred and ten links along a grant to Peter Taylor; and thence on the West by eleven chains southerly along Sussex Street aforesaid to Patrick Street before mentioned - 10 acres, 1 rood. (1)

[1-30] - Bounded on the South by nine chains and ten links along Patrick Street from Sussex Street to Kent Street; on the East by eleven chains along the last mentioned street; on the North by nine hundred and ten links along a grant to Peter Taylor; and thence on the West by eleven chains southerly along Sussex Street aforesaid to Patrick Street before mentioned - 10 acres, 1 rood.

[1-P] - Bounded on the North by nine chains and thirteen links easterly along Patrick Street from its angle with Sussex Street; on the East by four chains and eighty-seven links along Kent Street; on the South by nine chains and thirteen links westerly along High Street aforesaid; and thence on the West by four chains and eighty-seven links along that street to the point of commencement - 4 acres, 1 rood, 31 perches.

[1-Q, R] - Bounded on the South by ten chains easterly along Patrick Street from its angle with Kent Street; on the East by eleven chains northerly along King Street; on the North by ten chains westerly along land located to Peter Taylor to Kent Street aforesaid; and thence on the West by eleven chains southerly along that street to the point of commencement - 11 acres.

[1-S] - Bounded on the North by ten chains along Patrick Street from its angle with that street; on the East by four chains and eighty-seven links southerly along King Street; on the South by ten chains westerly along High Street to Kent Street aforesaid; and thence on the West by four chains and eighty-seven links northerly along the last-named street to the point of commencement - 4 acres, 3 roods, 19 perches. January 1, 1842 - William Phillips (occupier), Edward Bowden (owner), brick house, unfinished. (5)

June 3, 1847 - Edward Bowden conveyed to his son-in-law, Robert Blake, for £120. (6)

January 1, 1848 - Edward Gregory (occupier), Edward Bowden (owner), brick house, completed. (7)
