Bounded on the South by nine chains and ten links along Patrick Street from Sussex Street to Kent Street; on the East by eleven chains along the last mentioned Street; on the North by nine hundred and ten links along a grant to Peter Taylor; and thence on the West by eleven chains southerly along Sussex Street aforesaid to Patrick Street before mentioned - 10 acres, 1 rood.
