12 Oct 1858 - Juror at the inquest of Female Thomas at [1-8] Crown Inn, Alexander St, Bothwell who came to her death on or about the middle of September, when Jane Thomas, the mother of the said child, did bring forth of her body alive and that shortly after did willfully and feloniously neglect the care of the said child whereby it died and that she did willfully conceal the birth of the same.
